Hi Council Colleagues,

By copy of this message, I’m asking Staff to add ten minutes to the agenda for a Small Team Plus Progress Update discussion.  The goal is to keep Council well informed of the progress of the Small Team Plus as we go along.  Spoiler Alert: I will be presenting on the Supplemental Recommendation 17.2 and corresponding community implementation ideas, which both made it across the finish line on today’s Small Team Plus call.  Also, we have an update on the COI which has affected our work that we wanted to let Council know about sooner rather than later.
