Please find attached for your review and consideration the proposed GNSO Review of the Helsinki GAC Communique as developed by the volunteers identified during the wrap up session (James, Donna and Heather). Recognizing the short time available for review, the GNSO leadership team realizes that it may not be possible to approve the entire response, but they request that you specifically focus on item 2 (Privacy & Proxy) as that is the most time sensitive topic with Board consideration expected possibly later this month.
