I suggest you review the document titled “SubPro Outputs _ Concerns+Dependencies” first, and in particular page 2, which provides an overview of how the Board is suggesting to proceed with the SubPro Outputs. Once you review the summary analysis in that document, you may want to proceed to review the document titled “Outputs that the Board Marks as “pending”” in order to better understand the specific concerns identified thus far in ICANN Board discussions.
