What I’ve been told is that for now:
1. An email list has been set up for the CCWG as well as the wiki space.
2. There are already some members signed up for the WG, but the WG is still waiting for more volunteers (I’ll explain this below).
3. The existing charter is still in a draft phase, and needs to be approved by the full WG when it is formed.
My understanding is that these details have been shared by Rafik and Olivier via the SO/AC list, so all SO/AC and GNSO SG/C chairs should be aware of the updates and informing their members in case there is interest to join the CCWG. If you or anyone else would like to participate, you could either contact your respective SG/C chairs or alternatively contact Rafik and/or Olivier directly.
I apologise if this info is coming in pieces, but for my part…, honestly, my participation in this whole situation is me lurking around the 1Net mailing list without engaging as well as a list created by NCSG dedicated to discussions about the upcoming Brazil conference.
Again…, if I can (in my personal capacity) shed more light on the CCWG to any on the Council, I am happy to try to help. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

It seems the charter drafting is more-or-less finished, and will probably be uploaded to the wiki page soon. I’ll do my best to follow up and notify you as soon as it is posted.
I am under the same impression as Gabi. I’ll try to confirm with Rafik as soon as possible as I am not directly involved with the CCWG’s efforts, and get back to all of you.
Hi Chuck, I had the same problem, yes. But assumed that Rafik was inviting others to start the drafting of the charter, so he created the child page but still no one added any information or text to it...

Thanks Jonathan. I note that Rafik apparently drafted a charter for this but when I click on it nothing comes up. Does anyone else have the same problem?
