I have a clarifying question.  Will the vote on these proposed members be a block vote, i.e. vote “yes” on all or “no” on all or will it be a ballot where we can vote “yes” or “no” on individual candidates?

thanks for the amendments. I am asking SSC for feedback. 

personally, I don't have any issue with it but I want to confirm with SSC before.

with regard to selecting secondary candidates, I don't think it is to fill other SO/AC unfilled slots but it is also possible for the purpose to add more diversity or expertise if SO/AC leaders agree.

Rafik, As maker of this motion, the RrSG would like to suggest an amendment.  The secondary candidates list is identified as being submitted in no particular order.  Given that the NCSG and RySG have representatives listed as primary candidates, the RrSG suggests the BC and RrSG candidates in the secondary list be prioritized first in order to distribute representation further across the GNSO.  We recognize that there’s a possibility the secondary candidates will never be considered for selection to the Review Team, but if any SO/AC fails to fill its three slots, it would be best to broaden the scope of representation the GNSO is offering.
