Ongoing GNSO PDPs
Issue Report on the current state of all rights protection mechanisms implemented for both existing and new gTLDs, including but not limited to, the UDRP and URS (to be delivered no later than eighteen (18) months following the delegation of the first new gTLD) - Development of Preliminary Issue Report
- Uniformity of Contracts – Publication of Preliminary Issue Report for public comment
- Law Enforcement Recommendations (currently on hold) - Publication of Preliminary issue Report for public comment
- 'Thick' Whois – Delivery of Final Issue Report to the GNSO Council following the closing of the public comment period
- RAA – Delivery of Final Issue Report to the GNSO Council following the closing of the public comment period
- UDRP (The Requirement to lock a domain name subject to UDRP Proceedings) - Formation of a group to draft the charter for the PDP Working Group. The Council should indicate the timeframe within which a draft PDP Charter is expected to be presented to the GNSO Council for approval.
- IRTP Part C – Development of Initial Report, including the elements outlined in the PDP Manual
