Council colleagues

Please find attached an additional proposed Motion on the policy intent of the IGO/INGO PDP recommendations – taking the form of a proposed vote on Option 1, together with some additional resolved clauses to seek to address the concerns of the protected entities. 

 

This is submitted in order to meet the Motions deadline date, so that Councillors have the opportunity to review and reflect.  Noting Operating Procedures 4.3.5, and per Anne’s earlier email, the expectation is that not all of these Motions are likely to go forward to a vote, one or more will likely be withdrawn following further discussion.
