Dear GNSO Council,

On behalf of the TPR-P1 Leadership team, please find a link below to the first edition of the Transfer Policy Review - Phase 1 PDP project package for 31 Jul 2021. You may recall at last month’s Council meeting the TPR’s project plan was submitted for review and acceptance that now commits the WG to its planned deliverable dates. As you will see, parts of this package will look different from prior packages submitted from other groups. If it’s not obvious, staff constantly evolves the function and design of the work products to make them more effective in communicating status and accomplishments while also making the repeated creation of the package more efficient and streamlined. Specifically, page 1 is a more detailed project dashboard than just a simple high-level timeline from previous versions.
