while reviewing the redline version for GNSO OP  for the strategical meeting, I found some outdated or irrelevant references:

- a footnote on page 4: "1 For the purposes of these GNSO Operating Procedures, the three Board Appointees to the GNSO Council are considered to have been elected or appointed by the Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG)."

this was added during the GNSO restructuring in 2009 and it is not relevant anymore. it should be removed.

- in page 26, the references should be section 6.1 and section 6.5 instead.

as those are not substantive changes, I think the staff can make update the OP to reflect them when the motion is adopted.
