Scenario 5
Given ICANN's ORG's responsibility for escrowed data and being beneficial to the data subject, it makes more sense for ICANN to perform an audit with its escrow partners who act as data processors for ICANN ORG. 
Such an audit can be performed much easier as it involves fewer actors.
