Admitting to having been "asleep at the wheel" regarding the GDC.  There is a questionnaire out there that is only open for public comment on the structural elements of the GDC until TOMORROW March 8.  There is clearly a problem in relation to the Technical Community not being separately identified in that structure. 

For whatever reason, ICANN is not submitting a response this year on this particular questionnaire.  We don't know why and I don't think that question was answered adequately in the GeoPolitics session held just now.
