Ahead of the Lisbon meeting, please find attached the current version of the GNSO Operating Plan. It has been slightly modified following a request from Bruce to combine reporting on the Working Groups under a single heading; GNSO WORKING GROUPS.

This version of the GNSO Operating Plan is the most up to date version, and is to see the Council through the Lisbon meetings.
