Many thanks for the reminder.

I understand and support the overarching concern outlined in the response letter pertaining EPDP Phase 1 Recommendation 7; conservation of the consensus policy development process. 

As to the EPDP Rec#27 Wave 1 Report and specifically the Thick Whois Transition Policy, the staff work extracts and cleanly details the matters arising, to the point where the logical solution seems hardly deniable; that policy is overcome and dated by events. 

I just wish that there was an "expedited" process to decision-making on matters like that one.
