NEW: Delay in the Completion of the Third Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT3) Final Report

Dear Community Leaders,

As you know, the rearrangement of the schedule for ICANN67 resulted in the cancellation of the Third Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT3)'s two days of face-to-face meetings. This cancellation has significantly impeded our ability to complete work by the planned date of 5 April 2020.

ATRT3 has increased the length and the number of its weekly meetings to try and compensate for these unforeseen circumstances. We are making excellent progress but are moving at a slower pace.

We are therefore advising you that we will now expect to be complete our work by the end of May 2020.

REMINDER: Call for Expressions of Interest: Standing Panel for ICANN’s Independent Review Process

On 31 March 2020, ICANN opened a call for Expressions of Interest for panelists to serve on the omnibus Standing Panel for ICANN's Independent Review Process (IRP). The deadline to submit Expressions of Interest is 31 July 2020 at 23:59 UTC.

Candidates for the IRP omnibus Standing Panel should review the Expressions of Interest document [r20.rs6.net]before submission. The document includes the following information:

· Required or Highly Preferred Skills

· Required or Highly Preferred Experience

· Time Commitment

· Compensation and Selection
