_______________________________________________Dear Councilors,
You will likely recall the comments I made during the first GNSO Council Working Session where I noted that staff and Council leadership had collaborated on putting together draft briefing and framing points for the joint sessions the Council will be holding with the Board and GAC (the meeting with the ccNSO is informal and didn’t seem to warrant additional information). All Councilors have been granted viewing and commenting rights, so please review in detail and redline as needed, especially where a Councilor outside of leadership has been identified as the relevant topic lead.
Please note that these are very much draft briefing and framing points that are intended to help the Council be as prepared as possible for its conversations. If you think something is crucially missing or is not represented as well as it could be, I want to reinforce that this document is the Council’s document, so improve as needed.
Best,
Steve
