The GNSO Council email vote on the motion Approval of the GNSO Council’s Clarifying Statement Regarding Select Pending SubPro Recommendations (DEFERRED from the September 2023 meeting) (see: https://community.icann.org/x/_oNME ) which closed at 23:59 UTC on Monday, 16 October 2023.

With 7 votes in favor in the Contracted Party House, and 13 votes in favor in the Non-Contracted Party House, the motion passes with 100% votes in favor in the CPH and 100% in favor in the NCPH.
