For your information, please note that staff has informed the ICANN Board that some additional time will be needed to complete the Preliminary Issue Report on the next-generation gTLD Registration Directory Services (RDS) to replace Whois which was requested on 26 April (see https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/konings-to-icann-08jun15-en.pdf). It is the expectation that the Preliminary Issue Report will be published for public comment shortly after the ICANN meeting in Buenos Aires.
