This document (agreed to in Feb 2018) is the one that Jeff referred to during the earlier session on Council Liaison which is contained in the preparation materials for the SPS (thank you to staff for circulating it to all of us prior to the SPS meeting).

See page 151 of this report for a full description of the Responsibilities of the Council Liaison to the PDP. Council should be requiring the Liaisons to provide progress reports to Council as described in the bullet points at the bottom of the page which summarized those responsibilities.
