I agree with Chuck. I will represent the
BC in this, along with Philip Sheppard. There also appears some topical overlap
in the discussions happening at the IDN WG, so I suggest a liason should be
appointed that can attempt to steer the WGs away from duplicative work. I will
even volunteer for that role if agreed by the respective Chairs.

Rights
I have not seen any follow-up regarding the Working Group to
Protect Rights. My understanding from our special meeting was that we
approved the WG with the understanding that the draft SoW would be modified to
address concerns communicated in the meeting. What is the status of that?
Unfortunately, I think we failed to appoint an interim chair
and to request names of volunteers. In that regard, I would like to get
the ball rolling by communicating that the following have volunteered from the
RyC: Jeff Neuman, David Maher and Edmon Chung.
It seems to me that we need to urgently get this WG started;
otherwise, there may be unnecessary delays in the Dec05 PDP work.
