The proposal includes recommendations to deal with the 3 items in 2 separate tracks.

There are 2 questions not resolved by the small team and tabled for council input, which are regarding the timeline and the appointment of chair/liaison. There are already some proposals included in the comments.

We will discuss the proposal in the next Council meeting.
