On the last call, Council members asked when the Board
meeting agenda would be available and how far in advance of a face-to-face
meeting is the board required to post its meeting agenda. I have been
informed that the bylaws require that the agenda for board meetings be posted
seven days before the board meeting. For face-to-face meetings the Board
has agreed to post the agenda two weeks before the meeting.
