Please find attached the amended motion on WHOIS which was deferred to the meeting in Prague. The following amendment was introduced by Joy on behalf of the NCSG:

- within the first Resolved add: "which does not violate freedom of expression, privacy and related rights" behind the word "fashion"

This has been accepted as friendly by myself, and I'd like to ask John Berard as the seconder of the original version whether he accepts the amendment.
