Dear Councilors,

The GNSO Council email vote on the motion on the Initiation of Policy Amendment Process on Specific Red Cross and Red Crescent Names (see: https://community.icann.org/x/fwLfAw) closed at 23:59 UTC on Sunday 7 May 2017.

With 7 votes in favor in the Contracted Party House, and 11 votes in favor in the Non-Contracted Party House, 1 abstention and 1 late apology, the motion passes with 100% votes in favor in the CPH and 84,62% in favor in the NCPH.

There were 20 eligible voters, 19 voters expressed their vote (one vote was a duplicate).
