Attached please find the WHOIS “Draft Final Report” called for by the GNSO Resolution of 6 September.  It is entitled, “Staff Overview of Recent GNSO WHOIS Activity” and will also be posted on the ICANN public comment page and GNSO current draft documents page shortly.  Constituency statements are invited as specified in the resolution of 6 September (and reprinted in the attached).
