Dear all,
Please find attached links to the latest version of the GNSO Council’s Portfolio Management Tool Suite for the meeting on
25 August 2022.

Key Program Suite Structural Changes for this Period:
[NEW!]
- Project List (PL) – For projects listed in the Implementation Phase, you will now see a “thin” version within the Project List. They now serve as a reference point and the latest status
for these projects can be found on
ICANN’s Implementation page on icann.org. As you are aware, consensus recommendations adopted by the GNSO Council and subsequently adopted by the ICANN Board are then implemented by ICANN org. Therefore the project sponsor or responsibility of it shifts
away from the GNSO. The IRTs, in the context of the Projects List, have always remained there, because the GNSO maintains an interest in its eventual outcome. This change slightly departs from the template of the other projects that you are used to, but the
links to the implementation page removes duplicate effort by staff in preparing these monthly status updates. More importantly, it removes the chance for inconsistent or conflicting messaging with respect to the latest status of these projects. When reviewing
the projects in this new form, while different, you should notice that much of the same content as the GNSO Project List is still presented.
Key Project Changes or Milestones for this Period:
- Initiation of the GGP on Applicant Support.
- RPM_P2 – Council to begin considering the Policy Staff Report of the UDRP.
- EPDP_P1_IRT – Launch of public comment for draft policy on Registration Data.
- Project Packages:
Key Project Activities for September 2022:
- RDA_ST – Assignments #1/#2 report and Project Change Request. (missed delivery by motions and documents deadline of 15 Aug 2022 for Council consideration)
- RPM_P2 – Council to continue considering the Policy Staff Report of the UDRP.
Please let staff know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
