Following our May GNSO Council meeting, I took an action item to circulate the ICANN Accountability Work Stream 2 Implementation Assessment Report (attached).

As discussed, our next steps will be to raise this topic with other SO/AC leaders to determine whether a joint letter/inquiry might be in order. Also, Council leadership will work with Philippe, Tom and James to prepare a Council-level discussion at an upcoming meeting.
