When you go to the Resolution regarding Helsinki GAC advice there is this further link –

 

Resolved (2016.12.13.05), the Board adopts the scorecard titled "GAC Advice – Helsinki Communiqué: Actions and Updates (13 December 2016)" [PDF, 298 KB] in response to items of GAC advice in the Helsinki Communiqué.

 

For convenience I have attached the referenced “scorecard”.
