Following the edits done at the ad hoc working session of the GNSO Council in Washington today, attached is the current version of the Terms of Reference of this PDP. (it hasn't been copy-edited yet, so there may be stray commas, etc.)

This document was not the subject of a vote by the GNSO Council. It will be voted on by the Council next Thursday, March 2nd.
