Based on recommendations by others, and a shift from the ambiguous to the explicit, I note that intellectual property law is absent from the criteria.  Accordingly I would ask for the following amendment.

 

         International law

         Competition law

         Intellectual property law

         Public interest issues

         Consumer rights

         Human rights

         Economics, especially market analysis

         Market mechanisms and dynamics

         Business principles
