Dear Councilors

Based on a number of discussions by the GNSO Council in the period since the attached motion was submitted that continue to highlight concerns Councilors have about a number of issues associated with, but not limited to, the manner in which this PDP was conducted and recommendations contained in the Final Report, I am withdrawing this motion from consideration at today’s Council meeting to enable the Council to continue discussions and consider appropriate next steps, particularly in light of PDP 3.0 considerations.
