As flagged during our Council sessions this week, attached is the revised Amended Charter for consideration and approval during tomorrow’s Council meeting. The change was made to the final paragraph of the Mission to address a concern raised by the ccNSO Council Chair that the Charter should not reflect obligations on third parties.

The CSC Charter Review Team has had an opportunity to discuss this in the last few days and have agreed on the revised language.
