Tomslin kindly pointed out that my earlier question was directed to the wrong thread. The question relates to the Motion concerning the representative to the Empowered Community. The language that is not clear is the use of the word “conform”
in the section from the Motion pasted below.

Could someone please clarify the use of the word “conform” in this sentence of this Motion? Do we mean “in accordance with” the applicable procedure?
“The GNSO Council leadership team subsequently met to agree who from the Council leadership should perform the role of GNSO representative to the Empowered Community Administration
conform the
applicable procedure, and mutually agreed that Greg DiBiase, GNSO Council Vice-Chair, would serve in the role.”
