With sincere thanks to the EPDP-IDNs Team for their energy and constructive contributions to the Phase 1 work and on their behalf, it is the pleasure of the EPDP-IDNs Leadership Team to submit the EPDP-IDNs Phase 1 Final Report to the GNSO Council for your consideration.

Please find the report attached.

Per proposed agenda item 5 of the 16 November 2023 GNSO Council meeting, a brief presentation on the final report is expected to be conducted to facilitate Councilors’ review.
