Hi All

Following on from the Council call: Susan, Darcy and I have revised the comments in light of our discussion during the Council call on Tuesday.

We have deleted the reference to ICANN’s Complaints Officer, deleted the paragraph in yellow and included a paragraph addressing the need to define the role and responsibilities of the Board Liaison and a possible path for review team members to raise concerns about the Board Liaison.

A clean version of the document is attached. The deadline for comments is today and we will work with staff to have these submitted on time.
