Dear Councilors,

This message is a follow up to the outstanding action item for the EPDP Phase 1, Recommendation 7 Small Team to discuss next steps, including, for example:

- develop a Council position paper regarding the path forward for expediting the Thick WHOIS review as envisaged by the EPDP Phase 1 recommendation 27;

- develop a formal response to the IRT (to be communicated by Sebastien); and prepare communication to the ICANN Board regarding expediting the Thick WHOIS review.

The Rec. 7 Small Team currently consists of Marie, Rafik, Pam, John, Philippe, Flip, and Maxim; however, as noted during the last Council meeting, others are welcome to join.  

GNSO Support Staff will send a doodle poll to Rec. 7 Small Team early next week to organize a call, so if you are interested in joining the team (or removing yourself from the Team), please respond to this message by COB Monday, 30 November.
