Agree with Marie.

Either give a strong indication that the timeline is flexible or spell out backup plans that might have the preference of one or the other. In other words, framing this should not be a nuisance to the EPDP, or worse destabilize it. In fact, and whilst I appreciate the board’s intention, it’s difficult to see how it wouldn’t. Personal opinion too.

I’ll speak with the BC and revert as soon as I can but a personal opinion: we need to be careful in framing any “back up plan”. We don’t want to give the impression that the timeline can be allowed to slip (witness other PDP issues there). This one has to be as on track as possible – we can’t give in to endless repetitive micro-detail debates here.
