The RrSG has a couple of questions:

Regarding the Privacy/Proxy Services IRT, this week GDD staff presented estimated application fees and ongoing annual fees to the IRT. GDD staff indicated that these fee estimates are based on cost estimates to process applications and to provide ongoing compliance and audit programs. Is there more detail available to help the IRT (and the community) understand the cost basis for these fees?
What is the process used by ICANN org to ensure that appropriate consultation occurs between internal departments to adequately forecast costs?
