The Board has approved the dates for the Annual General Meeting  in Argentina 17-21 November 2013.

The proposed date for the  Public Council meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina would be Wednesday, 20 November 2013.

In view of these dates, we propose to move the currently scheduled Council meeting on 5 December 2013  to Thursday 12 December 2013 at 15:00 UTC.

Please  let us know by 11 January 2013 at the latest whether there would be any objections to moving the December 2013 meeting from Thursday, 5 to  Thursday, 12 December at 15:00 UTC.
