I noticed the communique was posted at some point yesterday at https://gac.icann.org/advice/communiques/public/icann72-gac-communique.pdf?language_id=1. 

The small team will be working on a response for the Council to approve at the next meeting. 

Only GAC Consensus Advice is on Page 8-9 on SSR2 and follow up to previous advice on p. 10.
