Please find attached for your approval and secondment the proposed Motion – Update to Policy Development Process (PDP) Manual and GNSO.

We have discussed this most recently in our April meeting – listening to the concerns brought by IPC to Council list and discussed during the meeting (a more detailed background and context is included in the Motion text). We have also incorporated the suggested minor edits during the call to the GGP/PDP manual, have not heard additional comments coming in from Councilors on this matter since. As such, will be looking to progress to a vote on the attached Motion.
