Dear Julie,

Thank you for the update. Yes, this clarifies it for me. I can confirm we've now received it.

Dear Tomslin,

Thank you for your question and apologies for any confusion concerning the input letters to help identify subject matter experts.  Indeed most of the letters were sent yesterday, but some will be sent today, including that which is going to the NCSG.  In the update, staff should have been more precise in our language to indicate that the input letters would be sent by Friday, 20 January.

I hope that this is helpful, but please let us know if you have further questions.

Kind regards,

Julie

Thank you, Terri for the recordings.

During the GGP update, I heard from Mike that request for input letters to identify experts to help have been sent out week of 16 January. I assumed at the time that these letters were sent out to SGs and Cs, so I didn't ask to whom they were sent. After the meeting, I went back and checked with my SG chair if such a letter had been received, and the answer was no.

I would therefore like to ask for clarity on that statement now. To whom were the letters sent to? I don't know if Paul can help or if this needs to be forwarded to Mike.

Warmly,
Tomslin
