Thanks Terri.     I have a short presentation in the SSAC meeting on the NCAP which occurs at the same time but I may be able to start at Council, duck out for the NCAP  presentation while Council is voting on various items and then be back to give the update on the SPIRT Charter Drafting work.  (Should have brought my roller skates, but I do have hiking boots..)  Staff has assured me that this plan will work!

Lovely dinner and great food!  Wishing you all a pleasant experience here in beautiful Kigali and that all who are feeling poorly will be better today!
