Dear Councilors,

As a reminder, we have a joint meeting with the ccNSO on Thursday, 11 July 2024 at 13:00 UTC for 60 minutes. CCNSO and GNSO leadership have developed the attached agenda. ICANN staff has also developed some background on topic 1: the CSC effectiveness review (also attached). Please review both before our meeting.

The agenda also references GNSO updates (i.e., what we are working on).  Our thought is to provide an overview of:

1. Continuing subpro work (the rec still pending and supplemental recs that have been sent to the Board)
2. Data accuracy discussion
