Dear EPDP Team,

In addition to the agenda, please find attached project management work products that we will begin using. A few of these should be familiar to you and I will speak to these during our last topic on the agenda.

Note that these work products are still work in progress.  For example, the %Complete on pages 2 and 6 is not indicative of where we stand today, but it will be updated once we’ve completed a full-blown project plan. The intent though is that status and other information is consistent across the work products where information may be duplicated. A second example is that the project plan and Gantt chart is an illustrative placeholder example from Phase 1. I’m constructing one for our Phase 2 effort, and I hope to have a first draft to share on the screen by tomorrow.

Lastly, when reviewing this PDF, the idea here is that page one is high-level overview of the timeline. As you traverse down the documents, the information provided becomes more detailed. Pages 4 & 5 will be mostly used by this team, while the other pages are meant more as communication vehicles to the Council and the community.

Dear EPDP Team,

Please find attached the updated agenda for tomorrow’s EPDP Team meeting. As a reminder, here are the action items from Tuesday’s meeting:

• All early input is due by Monday, 8 July.
• EPDP Support Staff to review and incorporate input received on IP use case and distribute to the Team by end of day (COMPLETED). EPDP Team to review and provide feedback on updated IP use, ideally in advance of Thursday’s meeting. Alex Deacon and Amr Elsadr to review updated safeguard re: bulk access.
• GAC Team to be prepared to present Public Safety Use Case during Thursday’s meeting.
• EPDP Team to identify in advance any questions or comments for engagement session with ICANN org to discuss next steps in relation to outreach with DPAs.
