Councilors -

You may have already seen this announcement from your SG/C leadership, but does anyone have any FY18 budget requests from a Council perspective? For example, in Hyderabad we discussed discretionary travel funding for PDP WG leaders who weren’t otherwise sponsored, but no firm decision was taken.

Council needs to submit its requests, if any, by 30 JAN, so please bring your ideas to discuss during our next call on 19 JAN.

Dear Community Members and Leaders,

15 December 2016 marks the launch of the FY18 SO-AC Community Additional Budget Request process. As you know, this process pertains to a dedicated part of the overall ICANN annual budget that is set aside to fund specific requests from the community for activities that are not already included in the recurring ICANN budget. The timeline and deliverables for the process are as follows:
