On behalf of the small team and Council leadership, please find the latest draft of the Addendum to the RPMs Charter to incorporate recommendation 5 from the IGO Curative Rights Protection Mechanisms Final Report. This draft will be discussed during the 19 December Council meeting under agenda item 5.
