Think the subject of this e-mail should read: P V NTIA’s NOI IANA F.
It would be as readable for me, but shorter.
Seems that our conversations pass through some sort of “Subject Shortener” that abuses of acronyms.
Hope our discussions are not prone to any kind of brain shortener in the name of hurry.
