In preparation for the discussion tomorrow on the Registration Abuse Policies (RAP) recommendations, scheduled from 10.30 – 11.15, please find attached an overview of the recommendations organized according to the different categories outlined during the Council meeting of 19 May 2011. As a reminder, these categories are:

Those recommendations that the Council has acted upon and are in progress.
Those recommendations that the Council has started acting on by requesting input from ICANN Compliance Staff. The Council has not considered or decided what, if any, next steps need to be taken with regard to these two recommendations on the basis of the feedback provided by ICANN Compliance Staff.
A group of recommendations that the Council has not considered at all, some of which did not receive the consensus of the Registration Abuse Policies working group
One recommendation where the Registration Abuse Policies working group recommends that no further action is required.
