Hi all,

Sorry, late to the party, hope a belated Happy New Year 2023 wish makes up for it.

My thanks to Susan, Greg and Mark for all the input/edits herein; as with Susan and Paul, I think it looks good, certainly better than before!

As to my one last comment in the second last para insert/edit by Mark, the word "definitions" is used, I wonder if we should replace this with "descriptions" to simply remove possible limitations on a 'formal definition' to include 'working descriptions'. But I am not going to quibble over this if folks think "definitions" is better.

Kind regards,
Justine

Thanks, Mark. Note that Greg has made a couple of additional proposed edits to the bulk registration letter.

All, please have a final look to see if there is anything further that requires updating by Thursday 5 January COB (see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1f8NniEmpxcaO2PMBkQFED7uabME1-cYK/edit). If not, the staff support team will go ahead and send these letters out shortly thereafter.

Best regards,

Dear All,

Per yesterday’s discussion, we’ve worked with the DNS Abuse small team leadership to add a sentence to the letters on bulk registrations to ask respondents to share their definition of bulk registration as part of their input. Please review and provide any further feedback you may have by Tuesday 20 December at the latest. The staff support team intends to send these out shortly thereafter.

Best regards,

Dear All,

Per the action items from the last meeting, the leadership of the DNS Abuse small team and Council leadership collaborated on the following letters communicating the outcome of the vote on the DNS Abuse small team report to the different parties: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1f8NniEmpxcaO2PMBkQFED7uabME1-cYK/edit?pli=1 [docs.google.com]. We’ll add an AOB item for the upcoming Council meeting to consider any input / next steps.

Best regards,

Steve & Marika
