Registrar Colleagues -

I am pleased to report that the .GODADDY TLD is no longer subject to Specification 13, or, by extension Specification 9. Many thanks to Akram and GDD Staff for helping to expedite this contract change over the past 48 hours.

I am truly humbled and grateful for the kind words of support received since yesterday, both privately and here on the list. And in particular, for the support of the ExCom to retain me as an interim appointment.

With my eligibility issues now resolved, I'm hopeful that need for a Special Election has been obsoleted by these developments, but I'll defer that decision to Theo and the ExCom.
